Life and pondering the merits of a NO REFUND CULTURE
Who’s this Crump chap?
Four of me
Hi there – thanks for reading. I’m Neil Crump, a 30 something Brit who is enjoying this blogging adventure. I live in London, UK, with my partner husband Chad and our two beloved cats Tiggy and Sophie* (who star heavily on this blog).
Life in my thirties is great – being a bit older and wiser than I was prior to the big three zero. My 20s were challenging – rubbish relationship; too work orientated and generally focused on the wrong value set. I am thankful that I went through this time (not that it was all bad) as it has made me all the stronger – ‘character building’ I think they call it.
I feel very fortunate that I work in an area that I love: marketing and communications – it’s my passion. I work in healthcare communications and am MD and owner of Aurora, a consultancy based in our fair capital, which you can visit at www.auroracomms.com.
I post on sensible things, along with the rest of the Aurora team at www.auroracommsblog.com. This blog is my personal thoughts and do not necessarily reflect those of my business.
My inspiration to start blogging came from reading other people’s blogs and thinking ‘I could do that’ and also from Jon Moss – a prolific blogger and social media whizz. So big thanks to Jon.
*poor Tiggy died in August 2009 (very sad – although it was the making of Sophie: read more here).
