		<description>Well, I hope the holiday is still going well Neil! :-)

The cycling and running is helping me to sleep better. I sometimes sleep immediately, but other times, with the brain still buzzing away, I sometimes lie awake and plan the next venture, the next project. I don&#039;t think being online before bed helps, and I should try and delve into my pile of books to read more.</description>
